Bilingual in Spanish, Isolina Fernandez-Kirchner joined Luminate Bank in 2025. Prior to that, she had been part of the NJ Lenders Corp. team since 2001, establishing a well-deserved reputation with her customers and referral partners by helping them find the best programs to meet their individual needs.
A member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Isolina specializes in both FHA loans and non-warrantable condominiums.
She is also an affiliate member of the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors Board.
