Isolina Fernandez-Kirchner joined NJ Lenders Corp. in 2001 before joining Luminate in 2025. Over the course of her career, she has established a well-deserved reputation with her customers and referral partners by helping them find the best programs to meet their individual needs.
A member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Isolina is bilingual in Spanish and specializes in both FHA loans and Non Warrantable condominiums.
She is also an affiliate member of The Easter Bergen County Board of Realtors and the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors Board.
